Hello and welcome!

SloeJam Dulcimers (based in the Portland, Oregon area) came together during June of 2014. Our group is small with room to grow. We practice playing different songs each session after a warm-up medley we call, the “B-L’O-G”. During our practices, we share what we learn from others, from workshops and festivals, and from our own playing styles.

At this time we practice on the 1’st and 3’rd Friday of the month at 12:00 PM Pacific time. The songs we will be playing and practicing are usually discussed and sent via email the week or so before the next meeting.
